Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with IPTVitec. If something isn’t working, contact us first — most problems are solved with a quick setup change.
Eligibility
If we can’t get the service working on your device after troubleshooting together, you can request a refund within 7 days of activation.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your order details. We’ll confirm the outcome and, if approved, return the payment using your original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for plans that have been mostly used, or where the terms of service were broken.
